Welcome to FloatRider! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of the FloatRider™ Water Glide Boots. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products
The FloatRider™ Water Glide Boots are a motorized water recreation device priced at $69.99 per set. Every set includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Product images and descriptions are provided to be as accurate as possible; minor variations may occur.
Use at Your Own Risk
The product is a recreational device used at your own risk. Water sports carry inherent risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions, including wearing a life vest, knowing how to swim, riding only on calm water, and observing our Ages 12+ requirement. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations where you ride.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloatRider and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Orders & Payment

All content on this site, including the FloatRider™ name, logos, text, and images, is the property of FloatRider and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
