Does it really let you walk on water?
Not quite. Your feet stay inside the boots while two rear motors glide you across the water.
Is it hard to ride?
Most people find their balance within a few tries. Start in Beginner mode on calm water.
How fast does it go?
Designed for a relaxed cruising pace, not racing. Speed varies with rider weight and mode.
How long does the battery last?
Designed for up to around 25 minutes per charge. Varies with weight, water and mode.
Do I need a life vest?
Yes. Always. Must know how to swim. Calm water only, someone nearby.
Where can I use it?
Calm lakes, protected coves, flat water. Not for rough seas, currents or rivers. Ages 12+.
When will it arrive?
Orders typically ship in 5–8 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
How do returns work?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging. Just email info@floatrider.store to start one.
