We want you gliding, not stressing. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept used water gear.

How to Start a Return

Email info@floatrider.store with your order number and a quick note on why you are returning your FloatRider™ Water Glide Boots. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.

12-Month Warranty

Every FloatRider™ set is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your boots or motors fail under normal, proper use within 12 months, we will repair or replace them.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, use in rough water, or normal wear and tear.

Arrived Damaged?

If your order shows up damaged, do not use it. Email info@floatrider.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
